According to art. 13 of the legal ordinance no. 196 concerning the processing of personal data, dated 30 June 2003, you are hereby informed that the personal data received by Buschier® in the context of its professional activity is saved in a databank, and can therefore be completed and/or processed by our employees. These personal data are implemented with the following aims: commercial activity, organization, statistics, to exercise contractual relations, to comply with the legally imposed duty to furnish accounting and fiscal information.
By the “processing of personal data” is meant any operation concerning the collection, filing, archiving, processing, modification, selection, drawing, comparison, use, connection, communication, circulation, and deletion of data, carried out with or without the use of electronic means.
The data received shall not be passed on to any third parties, associations, corporations, or organisations, unless provided for by the law and/or ordinances, the norms of the European Community, or the official authorities.
